FECCLAHA in collaboration with Sudan Council of Churches (SCC) undertook a three-day training of Trainers workshop on how to undertake advocacy on issues related to Freedom of Religion and Belief (FORB) in Khartoum, Sudan. The church leaders’ skills in advocacy, community mobilization, and leadership were strengthened and key advocacy strategies were also developed. It is anticipated that after the training the church leaders will use the existing platforms in their churches and communities to train others who will then undertake engagements that will contribute to social cohesion at the community level in Sudan.
